@AskExpo goes live, the social info point that answers all your questions on Expo Milano 2015

Buy, visit, discover, get around. From practical information, suggestions on entertainment, points of interest, to visitor services, getting around, as well as updates on the various tourist offerings: all your questions will be answered in 140 characters thanks to @AskExpo, the "Social info point" brought to you thanks to a collaboration between Twitter Italia and Expo Milano 2015.


The Social Info Point: quick and direct reference for visitors to Expo 

Visitors’ questions about Expo Milano 2015 are answered via the @AskExpo Twitter account from May 1 to October 31. The service is available seven days a week, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 20:00 and Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 23:00. The service provides, useful and practical solutions in real-time for visiting the Expo and for discovering the city, both in Italian and English. The @AskExpo team is also ready to answer questions related to the city, and to the cultural and tourist excursions organized by Expo in Città that will be held around Milan.

Valentina, Fabio, Lorena, Ilaria, Silvia, and Elizabeth make up the @AskExpo team that are waiting to help Milan residents, and all those coming from further afield, to visit Expo Milano 2015, that with support from the City of Milan and Expo in Città, will have their practical questions answered. How to reach the Expo, find your way around and discover services for visitors, how to get around Milan before, during and after the event. In addition, the @AskExpo team is ready to help you find services that make things easier and run more smoothly: from ATMs, pharmacies, and information points, to police, restaurants and attractions. Need information on Expo Milano 2015? Having issues with purchasing tickets? Any doubts about the logistics and organization of your visit? Just call +39 020-2015. The Expo Milano 2015 Contact Center is open and able to help in both Italian and English.

If you have not found answers to your questions in the general FAQ or in the ticketing FAQ, call the Contact Center which is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00. From May 1, the hours will be extended to 23:00. Charges for the call apply according to landline rates. The cost of the call depends on the service provider used.
