This is the Chef Moha, head of "Dar Moha" of Marrakech who will be in the kitchen at the pavilion's restaurant, Delizie del Marocco.
Chef Moha has developed many recipes especially for the pavilion of Morocco.
The goal is to present the Moroccan food to visitors of the pavilion.
The menu will be voluntarily limited to 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts.
The Concept Store Tesori del Marocco will offer traditional local products.
These local products, excellence ways, preservation of water and the fight against desertification are the base of exposure in the Moroccan pavilion with a sensory walk under the country's geography.
